This ten day workshop will take place in the small fishing village of Barra de Navidad, Jalisco, on the west coast of Mexico, 200 miles south of Guadalajara. This is where I took my first and last workshop with Charlotte with 33 years in between. It is a powerful and special place. I liked it so much that when I was twenty years old, I dropped out of college and lived in the neighboring town of Cihuatlan for six months. It brings me great joy to return each year.
To get to Barra, you can fly to Guadalajara and from there by bus or plane; or fly to Manzanillo, and take a taxi to Barra. Accomodations are ample and varied and may be secured on arrival. There is one 2-3 hour class each day with occasional additional sessions or events as decided by the group. There is plenty of time to spend by the ocean and exploring the village. The classes are conducted in both Spanish and English.
