The Long Distance Study Group is an opportunity and an incentive to bring new awareness and attention into our daily lives.
It will include:
- One hour conference call class each month (Date to be determined with participants)
- Weekly practices to explore at home
- Monthly phone check-ins and individual sensing work with Lee
- Shared readings and writing through the internet

Four-Month Study Group in Mill Valley, CA
March 17, April 21, May 12 and June 9, 2012
The Mill Valley Study Group is an invtiation to integrate Sensory Awareness more fully into our lives as we come together to practice. The full day workshops are from 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. On the last day there is a potluck dinner and closing dialogue until 7 p.m.
There are also weekly practices, readings, and monthly phone check-ins and individual sensing work with Lee.
