We live in challenging and changing times that are asking all of us to respond. This workshop offers an opportunity to come together in loving, embodied inquiry so that we can turn towards these challenges rather than try to avoid them. As we open to how we can contribute and respond it is energizing. It wakes us up so that we are appreciating the gift of life and not running away from it.

Sensory Awareness practice connects us to the simplicity and depth of our own present moment experience. We can meet ourselves with compassion and openness. This is healing and renewing and strengthens our capacity to bring calm, clarity and loving responsiveness to our changing world.
