No matter where we are, no matter what we are facing in our lives, we can be present and meet what each moment is asking of us. The more we trust in our capacity to listen and respond, the more we will be able to live with ease and openness, even in the midst of chaos and difficulty. During this 7-day bi-lingual Sensory Awareness workshop we will explore how to release what is hindering us and open to what brings us joy and freedom, discovering that wherever we are, is the path, and each step along the way offers a new opportunity.

There will be ten 3.5-hour sessions conducted bilingually in English and Spanish over the 7 days, and there will be ample time to explore the town, rest on the beach and swim in the ocean. This week in Mexico is an opportunity to pause, recalibrate, and replenish.
